Terms of Service

1. The deal

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XXXTik at xxxtik.to (the "Site"). Open it, browse it, or watch anything on it and you're agreeing to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If that's not for you, don't use the Site.

2. You must be 18 or older

XXXTik is an adults-only site showing sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 — or older, where your local age of majority is higher. By continuing you confirm each of the following:

  • you are of legal adult age where you are;
  • explicit adult content is legal to view in your location;
  • you won't let anyone underage see the Site or its content; and
  • you take responsibility for your own use of it.

The Site carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label so filtering software can recognise and block it. Enable content filtering if minors share your device.

3. What XXXTik is

XXXTik is a free, TikTok-style feed of short XXX videos, sorted by category. It runs without accounts — no sign-up, no uploads, no profiles, no comments, no messaging. It's for your own personal, non-commercial viewing.

4. Fair use of the Site

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable licence to watch the feed as intended. You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, bulk-download, copy, mirror, rehost, or resell any clip or data;
  • bypass or tamper with security, rate-limiting, or age-gating;
  • use bots or automation, or overload our servers;
  • reverse-engineer how the Site works; or
  • use the Site unlawfully or against these Terms.

5. Ownership

The Site's branding, design, and software are ours. The videos and images stay the property of the performers and rights-holders they come from, shown under the arrangements we have with our sources. You gain no ownership by using the Site.

6. Third-party content

A lot of the material is sourced or aggregated from third-party creators and platforms we don't run and can't vouch for. Tags and categories may be assigned automatically.

7. Performers and records

Everyone shown on the Site was at least 18 when the material was produced. See our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.

8. Copyright and removals

We act on valid copyright and removal requests. If you own a copyright and believe something here infringes it, or you appear in a clip and want it gone, email removals@xxxtik.to with a link to the material and enough detail to identify it (and, for copyright claims, proof you're the owner or authorised agent). We handle complete requests promptly.

9. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind — no promise that it's accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every technical fault.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, XXXTik and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or lost data, revenue, or goodwill, tied to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover and hold XXXTik and its operators harmless from claims and costs arising from your use of the Site or any breach of these Terms.

12. Updates

We may revise these Terms; the new version applies once posted and the date above updates. Keep using the Site and you accept the change.
