18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Every person shown in a sexually explicit visual depiction on XXXTik (the "Site") was at least 18 years old when that depiction was produced.

1. XXXTik is not the producer

For the purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, XXXTik is not the "producer" of any content on the Site. We do not film, produce, or upload the explicit material shown; the Site aggregates and links to material created by third parties.

2. Where records are kept

For material XXXTik did not produce, the record-keeping duties under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A rest with the original producers, identifiable through the third-party sources the material comes from.

3. Custodian of Records

Where any record-keeping obligation does apply to XXXTik for particular content, those records are held by our Custodian of Records. Inquiries can be sent to legal@xxxtik.to.

4. Zero tolerance

XXXTik has zero tolerance for content involving minors or non-consenting individuals. Report concerns to removals@xxxtik.to for immediate removal.
